No apology or explanation of if they ever sent it and their respponse almost seems robotic. I saw they have some reviews similar to mine, it seems like every so often they have issues and my order ended up being an issue.

Read their negative reviews, and it seems they had a bit of a track record of not shipping and not replying to customers, as they were doing with me. Opened a claim, got a refund, but I cannot in good conscience recommend this seller to anyone.
