Inserts don’t fit and when forced into the casing it turns out lumpy and cheap looking. I wish I had never purchased from this seller, and I won’t again. I feel ripped off.

The pilllow inserts don’t fit and when forcing them in, they end up lumpy and cheap looking. I will never it from this seller again and I caution anyone else to do the same. Packaging wasn’t even a box, it was just a plastic bag which is no way to ship pillows. Wasted my money!’n
