    I'm a printer tech and this fuser began jamming immediately. The seller informed me that "The item was purchased 53 days ago, our warranty policy is within the 30 days". Also "There is a user setting in the printer driver on the computer that can adjust the temperature". I've installed over 100 fusers and never had to adjust temp settings. Seller has referred me to Ebay's refurbished program and Allstate. Allstate wants a plan ID number which the seller can't provide. Complete waste of time!

    We advised the buyer to try and resolve the issue with a simple user adjustment, the adjustment does not require a technician. However, the buyer demanded a return so we referred them to Allstate who handles returns and refunds after 30 days. We do not provide ID numbers for returns through Allstate.

    Fuser fixed my issue and was as easy to install. The seller responded to my questions to confirm that the fuser was the right one for my printer. The core return was easy to send back with the preprinted label in the box.
