    Reach to the buyer notifying that when packing seller noticed the sponge of the eyeshadow defective. Seller offered a cancelation or a discount on the item. Because the buyer took time to reply, seller canceled the order to avoid problems or returns. When buyer reached back, seller offered to ship with discounted price and buyer could repurchased but buyer never did. Seller communicate with buyer and explained the situation. Seller doesn't ship defective items without listing on description
