Had to carefully cut and separate the shipping box and item box from each other to avoid damaging the model kit contents. Several of the kit pieces were detached from the sprues. A more robust shipping box is recommended.

I remain perplexed, not so much for the shipping times which are good, but for the time elapsed from order to shipping, surely some clarification on the order preparation times would increase the level of communication between customer and seller. Despite this recommended seller, very good prices even on new items.
