There was a small issue; how did the seller react? They wanted to find a way to fix the issue. They did. Shipping/packing? No issue. I recommend the seller; in fact I ordered from them again.

Such an adorable little piece to see on a nightstand in our guest bedroom. An exceptional value! This seller shipped within a day of ordering! The item was packaged well with no risk of breaking during shipment. The item is exactly as described and as photographed! I will absolutely buy from this seller again!
