Took 14 days to finall receive on Aug 26th also had to place another order with another seller because I needed the ink badly. Communication not horrible but needs improvement. Also I asked for tracking on the cartridge they forgot to include with no response. So im leaving a neutral because they actually sent a cyan cartridge. Will not buy from again. Found cheaper from another seller.

Seemed to be mainly the Black cartridge, I went through about 8-10 sheets of paper before the cartridges started finally printing. That being said, now they are all working properly.
