I am giving a positive review because the seller did communicate and issued a full refund for the defective phone I received. I would not recommend buying the actual item that I bought "Solid Brass French Working Victorian Style Rotary Dial Phone Telephone Handmade" due to quality issues in how they are made. The rotary dial kept getting stuck, the phone buzzed constantly, and the handset was crooked.
