Which helped me to decide to proceed with purchasing the laptop and it was as described. Delivery was fast and kept me informed on the tracking. I would definitely use them again. They suggested 2 alternatives (or full refund). Both were sensible alternatives and I chose one. This arrived promptly. So excellent communications, good assistance with my issue and once that was resolved, prompt delivery. I will certainly consider them again in the future.
