According to the seller, I should try to sort those out with the manufacturer. The seller is wrong. Avoiding mentioning that an advertised capability is not usable is the seller's problem and is for him to sort out - including security issues. Unsurprisingly, he doesn't want to refund. This will be referred to Ebay
