No complaints...except, my particular bike came with plastic saddle bags already installed. Mounting the top required a lot of time to take the saddle bags off and fit the mount for the rack. As it turned out, the spacers provided in tyhe package, as well as new screws were all unnecessary. The rack fit just fine using all the existing screws and spaces behaind the saddle bags
