Appearance wise, there are no cracks or scuffs on the screen. After starting it up, the video quality is as expected for 1080p but works for me as an organizational device. The value for this device already is priced great already, but due to a minor issue with the wireless card the seller rectified it by giving a partial reimbursement. Overall, I am very content.

I purchased this on April 12, 2025 and have been fiddling with it off and on for the last 2 months. No issues with Android 13 at all. All necessary apps are working as expected. I cleaned up the screen (when powered off) with a damp cloth (water) and dried off. This ensured the display appearance was maintained and the overall condition is excellent. This aids in the final appearance being excellent as well.

The front side looks nearly perfect, but you can tell it is used from the back, which doesn't matter. The price was very good, less than most regular size tablets.

Everything worked as it should except for the right side USB A port which was worn out. I contacted them and received an immediate answer. They offered a generous partial rebate. I asked for a smaller amount, but they still gave me more than I asked for. I then ordered the part, installed it, and now it works great. I was very impressed with the customer support, their quick response, and generosity.
