It showed up as described - mildly scratched and a bit dirty, but fully functional. The seller shipped this power brick the day after I ordered, which was nice. The item arrived very well packed for the transatlantic journey and was accuartely described and as pictured. For a used item it was in very good condition and complete with all accessories. Being genuine Tektronix means good quality, but at a price. In this case I feel the sellers price was quite reasonable.
