Buyer beware.Reply from: novosa- Feedback replied by seller novosa.- Feedback replied by seller novosa.Sorry for the late reply, I don't always see messages right away but i'm happy to help when i do, The black screen after the install attempt usually means the computer shut down or kept trying to boot from the USB. This isn’t harmful—remove the USB and restart to return to normal. If you want to install Zorin, the “install failed” message is often due to a computer setting. Common fixes: turn off Secure Boot, switch boot mode (UEFI/Legacy), or use “Try Zorin” to run it live without installing.
