Tuesday night I requested the order be cancelled. Had to have a strong discussion via eBay text to force a refund. I was going to refuse item if it ever shipped and file a dispute with my CC. On the same day you contacted us (Tuesday), we immediately cancelled your order and issued a full refund—you were never charged. We even lost the shipping label cost ourselves. It feels very unfair to receive such a harsh review when we acted quickly and refunded in full. Your order was placed right before a holiday weekend when USPS was closed. We kindly hope future buyers can see we did everything right and in good faith.
