USPS might have delivered to the wrong address and merchandise was sent back to sender. I asked seller to resend via UPS, and the sender said that I should receive a refund and I could re-order then. Turned out they gave me a refund but held back $7? That is not right because I did not decline the shipment. As a matter of fact, I want to re-order. When I tried to, I found that I was disallowed to re-order.
