The photo and listed item/description did not match. Seller was argumentative and offered a partial refund of about 25% claiming eBay would side with him and he would "fight it." It being me trying to initiate a return. When she couldn’t cancel her order, she sent back a different perfume she already had, then left false and defamatory feedback to try and make us look bad.This is return fraud and defamation. We’ve documented everything, and if necessary we will escalate this to the IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Center) and local law enfor
