The board was then relisted again on eBay with the faults I described even before the seller got the item back to test the board again against my claims, So it's obvious it had faults and not tested properly and was chancing that the buyer wouldn't notice. I then noticed that the seller bought the board on eBay a month prior as untested , serial numbers matched! So it was obvious it was faulty
