It seems the standard packaging wasn't quite enough for a piece of this height. However, Kathy from customer service was incredibly responsive and helpful. She is working directly with the shipping department to create a custom packaging solution for the replacement. Great service, and I appreciate their willingness to adjust their standards for fragile items!

Everything was packaged great and securely and got to me unbroken. I am an avid Disney collector and this seller was great at helping me get the right piece to add to my collection.
