I cut my losses and used the ones I could. Made them on July 18th and they are fantastic flavorings. We had a second event on August 11 and when we went to use them they were moldy. They were stored in plastic bottles with screw lids in a cool and dry location. Feel like I wasted my money and a lot of sugar for nothing.
