I returned the item, explaining this. The seller – instead of acknowledging the fault and refunding me – decided to put pressure on me to close the eBay case I had opened, and accused me of making a “fraudulent return” due to signs of use on the item. In the end, eBay decided in my favour and granted me a full refund.
