I’d paid for two, so I should receive two without paying shipping to return the defective one. I left negative feedback, and only then did he say he d pay the postage to ship me what I d already paid for, and only after I d revise my feedback. This is over a .99 cent adapter that i offered to replace for free, and issued them a refund for. They are serial ebay theives, out to steal from sellers and harm others account. I have contacted ebay 5 times about this and i have not heard back once, Ebay does not care about sellers any more,
