I change to use a correct window user name and password login but it tell me still not correct , I try to use a extral keyboard, Use a Microsoft Word copy and paste to login my window account. I forget a password is My problem , I will pay money for repair . when I restart window press f2 will display enter password. would u tell me What can I do. you can send a email to me hin852@gmail.com

Few deep groves in case, but it's refurbished, so somewhat expected. Package arrived on time with decent updates via sender. Recommend ACT (great store) and will buy again.

The laptop did come as described, but would initially not start, because there had been a mixup with the supplied power supply. A bigger power supply was bought and the seller was quick to help with a solution. The seller was very good at communicating and the laptop is definitely with the money. It was a good purchase and purchase experience.
