- i***9 (289)- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 1 個月購買已獲認證Placed the order and paid on Aug 16th. Today Sep 5th - 20 days (!!!) later i received it, but insted, the item i bought they sent me a wrong one ( which costs $19.49 from Koolance web site). I paid $63.52 US for qd3-msfg4-bk and they sent me qd3-msfg4-P-bk, which is Panel mount. The seller doesnt accept returns. When i initiated a return they can refund me only partially for $44. All this looks like a scam. We only stock the regular ones and they're not produced by Koolance any more... Buyer opened and closed a return within a minute, in the middle of our night. No idea what they're referring to. We've sold dozens of these with no issue. Confused buyer.
