The most delightful surprise was the unpacking because I kept opening the wrapping then boxes they bubble wrap then cloth and finally a little bag. It was like Christmas morning when you receive a large box and keep unwrapping smaller ones inside and finally get to adorable earrings. I loved it! Thank you!

Each large piece was loosely wrapped in a “doggie pad”in the box. I contacted seller upon receipt and he responded with “sorry, that’s on you. Contact USPS. I filed a claim with usps, with photos. Today’s reply was, insufficient packaging, contact sender.
