    The case is good. HOWEVER, even though the description states the phone can charge with the apple wireless charger, it doesn't really do it. If it does it's probably the newer phones, as the Note 20 ultra is pretty old at this point. The description should be more accurate. I have to open the metal ring all the way to use wireless charging otherwise it starts charging and then it stops because there's and object on the way or need to move closer.

    While it technically fits the phone. It doesn't have any lip to protect the screen/sits super flush and my charger doesn't sit in the phone socket fully because the case opening doesn't line up correctly so would have to remove case to charge phone correct via cord (wireless charging would be fine - but this doesn't suit my purpose. When asked to return they said for "my convenience" they would give me a 10% discount and I could give it to someone else.

    It's a nice case but the ring is too big so it makes watching videos a little bit of a nuisance sense your phone is basically straight up and down.
