I tried to fill out the refund info a couple of days ago but could not figure how to attach a picture, so I could not move forward with the refund. Please note that slight color variations (1–3 shades) are normal due to lighting and screen settings. Also, to clarify—we never require a photo in order to process a refund. We checked your account and can see that you have an open return request on eBay. You’re welcome to return the item using the prepaid return label included in that request. If you prefer to keep the items, we can also offer a 50% refund as a courtesy.
