Seller waited until 5 day after report to respond with some lame excuse. If product was not available why would it take the seller 16 days plus an item not received notification before they could be bothered to attempt ship the card? This looks like the beginning of the typical ripoff/scam account that preys on complacent buyers. Likely the first of many negatives.
