It was brand new, however (this is no fault of the seller) Tarmac needs to tighten up their quality control. I found a paint chip above the front bumper of the car, which tarnished an otherwise beautiful paint job. Also, the front license plate is crooked right out of the box. Aside from these issues, the rest of the car is fine. It’s a decent sculpt, but I’m not sure if I’d double-dip on another DC2 from Tarmac at this price.
