The item arrived damaged in the box, upon messaging the seller for a refund he claimed that “the box is not damaged therefore the item couldn’t have been broken inside the box” as if the item couldn’t possibly have broken during transit even though there was only 2 thin layers of bubble wrap protecting a 30 year old plastic car part. I tried to resolve this problem with this dishonest buyer. The package that I sent to him came with no damages. I wrapped the product with bubble wrap and especially care like I always do because I know these parts are rare. In my eyes, this “honest” buyer already had the same part but broken and he swapped it out with my part to make it look broken but the box overall was in great condition. Hopefully in the future I will never come across people like this.
