The quality of the item was in excellent condition, despite travelling such great distance. The item was professionally package and arrived without error. The appearance and function was exactly as expected and I was super impressed with the value. Shipping was ultra fast too even via eBay Speed Pak — less than a week from China to UK. Good stuff!

Really pleased with the condition and appearance just as new and it represented good value compared to other sellers. I was pleased with the speed of the service even via eBay speedpak — less than a week and no hidden charges. Overall I recommend this seller as they are fast to respond and provide an excellent service despite the distance — so much so that I purchased from them again a month later for the same.

It also refused to work, kept making beeping sounds, which usually means the header is stuck. I've requested a refund and they've given it - but it's going to take another 12 days just to process it. They didn't offer to send a replacement, or anything of the sort. They're simply not proactive enough, had to find another seller.
