The shipping charged is the exact cost to ship the item, not to mention we pay fees to Ebay on the shipping charges, plus buy the box, the shipping label, the packing material, the tape etc. Therefore the real cost to ship the item is MORE than the buyer is charged especially for a $9 item. The shipping is clearly stated before purchase. If a buyer is unhappy with the cost of shipping, it should not be purchased.
