Seller ghosted after I purchased the item in good faith. Afterthe case was started, seller tried to get it closed by stating he was willing to provide the refund he should have paid and that it was all a misunderstanding. Once the seller found out the case would not be closed until money received, he again disappeared.

They finally replied that item was delayed, they offered to cancel, but I declined assuming it would arrive.Then, I noticed that the item in the photo was a different item than the one in the description. I reached out to the seller many times to ask which item was accurate. Seller never responded. I reached out a few more times to inquire about the status of the item. I never heard back. I wanted to resolve with them first, but no reply.
