The only problem I had with this transaction was that the seller advertised USPS shipping and instead shipped with GOFO-- a company I personally do not agree with their practices, which was upsetting to see the unwarranted change. Regardless the shipping was fast and arrived in safe condition. Seller is communicative and quick. Overall great!

I needed a replacement of the small DJI tripod base for my Osmo Pocket 3 after someone borrowed my camera and managed to lose one of my fave accessories. DJI either discontinued or was sold out. UGH. This seller delivered exactly as promised. It was exactly as described. Shipped quickly and at a fair price. I'd definitely buy from them again. Lesson learned - Next time check your equipment bag for all accessories if you loan out your video camera.
