Did not have direct messages with seller, but I'd assume they're a good communicator considering any information I typically reference pre-purchase was already in their item description (e.g. sometimes I have to message a seller for dimensions, which you'd think would be standard protocol for item descriptions, but no!) Overall would recommend. Super fast shipper btw
