Do not buy Koala or A-Sub, both are sub par. Terrible! We’d like to clarify that these 2 different brand you mentioned are different—they vary in thickness. Koala may work better if your printer prefers thicker material. Paper jams are usually due to printer settings or alignment, not just the paper. Check your printer’s manual for compatible paper settings. If you want to return the rest 2 unused pack back for refund, we will accept. Let us know if you need help!
