I contacted the seller to ask what was happening, but received no reply - instead, I was issued a refund without any explanation. Were they hoping I’d forget I ordered a laptop so they could keep the money? Poor communication and unreliable service. I noticed similar negative feedback from others and should have trusted my instincts.
