Installed software and followed directions, but it would fail at the first step of test lead calibration, then give an error that it couldn't find the device, even though I could hear it do a frequency sweep. I called and spoke with tech support 3 times and swapped several emails, but nothing would get it to work on my end. I sent it back and they claim it tested fine. eBay store has been noncommunicative though.
