I requested further instructions which came back promptly and helped a lot. The only other problem with it so far is that the cut out for the home button could do with being a little larger to enable easier access. Otherwise it seems fine.

The item was wrongly sent to Biggin Hill depot. It was recovered quickly ie in one day, but then took another 4 days to get it to me, despite daily promises to deliver it.
