The quality of the item was a bit lower than I was expecting, though, at the price I paid I my expectations may have been unrealistic and I opted to get an entirely different type of cabinet from a different vendor. The seller was quick to respond to my messages and was very gracious, issuing a full refund and allowed me to dispose of the item on my own without returning it.

Packing and shipping were good and the product arrived without any damage. It is beautiful. I would buy from this seller again, and if I should need another bookcase I would look for another of these. Great product and service. The price could have been worse.
