- j***2 (42)- 買家留下的信用評價。過去 6 個月購買已獲認證Despite being advertised as an unlocked phone for use with a number of carriers, the phone could not make or receive phone calls from my Amaysim provider (no dial tone when I tried to ring out and incoming calls went to voicemail, which I could not access). Amaysim supplied a new SIM card, however this didn't fix the fault. The seller advised that it was likely a "frequency problem". Phone had no manual, model hard to find on Alcatel website. Phone returned 17 May, no refund as yet, 1 June.
