The guide I got did help to get the non-working receiver to reconnect. Maybe I missed something...I don't know, however, I would have been really unhappy if I really NEEDED that new receiver that didn't come as expected. In the end, My mouse works again and I'm happy. I did contact the seller and let him know the situation. Thanks.
