The seller is friendly, but they tend to ignore inquiries, for example, about shipping after the item has been shipped. In my case, I received a tracking number that wasn't active for days. Unfortunately, my inquiries about this were ignored by the seller. Nevertheless, I would buy from here again! You just need a lot of patience. My product arrived 20 days after purchase.

It took a little while (probably because of the amount of requests this seller gets) but was packed neatly. Great price for what you get and great alternative since the price of the original ones are going through the roof nowadays. A little bit more friction points in the lift arm and some paint would have been the finishing touch though.

Seller has also agreed to do some custom pieces for my V Wing which is very obliging and helpful of them, what a great little shop to make these often lost and hard to find pieces.
