Item was in fact new as described. Only bad thing I can think of is that they stuck the shipping information directly into the items factory packaging, I like to keep the boxes, I prefer pristine boxes. The packaging not too bad as all but only box belong to item got damaged on the corner and inside main things still good everything. The items is new everything as described.
