The seller DID NOT inform me it was OUT OF STOCK until 3 weeks had passed after purchase, despite the item tracking status initially showing the item had been shipped out. I was then informed that the item had been LOST IN TRANSIT. Big shame really as it was listed at a really good price. I also went on to raise this issue with Ebay under the "Buyer Protection" scheme just in case I was charged on my card further down the road.

Not use to it yet as I am still using my 6T which I had for 8years just needed to upgrade to more space and went for this one. good seller to do business with.

The seller attempts to get you to avoid returning the product because they cannot be bothered with providing the means to return even though the ad says returns accepted within 30 days and seller pays return postage. Avoid at all costs. The phone battery was draining super fast and the seller takes days to reply. The seller makes it difficult and also lies.
