And then refused to help when I approached them. Starting their reply with “First of all…” - I knew from that point how this was going to go. Scumbag sellers need to be removed from eBay. Try treating paying customers with respect. I’d have agreed to a partial refund but instead went to eBay and got all my money back. Zero description on listing.
