I reached out to Discount Hitch and expressed my concern and was assured they are factory direct. Based on their quick response and answer, I ordered this controller. I received a new in box, excellent condition unit. I had a chance to use it and it performed perfectly. Very happy with the product and the customer service.

Spoke with the seller about an issue with packaging for shipment and they were quick to recognize the problem and offered multiple solutions to make it right. Excellent product and excellent customer service!

Customer service claimed the harness wasn't included, but the description clearly listed it, including the model number of the harness. It took several chats, emails, and phone calls, but eventually we worked out a deal that I could live with. The listing still has not been fixed, so if you're looking for a hitch for a Chevy Sonic, make sure to confirm with them ahead of time.
