Has left 8 NEGATIVE FEEDBACK ratings from last 25 transactions alone (32%). In our case, the issue is with Portugal Customs Office - not us. We filled out the Customs Form correctly & advised them VAT had been paid & collected by eBay. We can't do anymore than that. Yet Buyer feels entitled to leave us with NEGATIVE FEEDBACK despite us lodging a Revision Request and providing factual photographic evidence of Customs Form filled out correctly. Cannot recommend
