Final outcome was the seller said it was no longer in stock in spite of several shown on the site at point of ordering. In fact, even though I mentioned this to the seller, 2 days later it was still showing 3 available. Anyone ordering the same item will probably have the same problem. No apology was given. In the seller's favour they did respond very quickly.
