For readers benefit, over Christmas the couriers were not picking up parcels from a certain locker. All my parcels dropped off on Christmas Eve were not collected until way after New Years. Was a relief they were safe in lockers rather than lost and so could still be delivered. The buyer was really patient and understanding, which I completely appreciated because generally once a seller has dispatched it's out of our hands.
